Welcome to Your Project Journal

This is where I’ll share the Ensono Center collage as it comes to life — from the first pieces of fabric and early composition through the layering, details, stitching, and final artwork.

My process is very intuitive, so the piece will continue to evolve as I build it. I’ll use this journal to share progress photos, little details, and the story behind some of the choices along the way.

I’m excited to bring this piece — and Ensono’s story of connection across people and places — to life.

Version 2 Per your Feedback..

Chicago as the centerpiece- Chicago is now the centerpiece featuring Wrigley Field, Willis Tower, The Bean, Cubs Flags, The L train, old school light posts, and several bridges.

Incorporating the Enso shape- The Enso shape can be seen on the sun, as well as on several of the VW bugs.

A hidden Ernesto appearance- Ernesto is featured in this collage 11x can you find them all?

Additionally I added several other special illustrations- such as 3 London Parakeets- each wearing a different football scarf for the three main London teams (Arsenal, Tottenham, and Chelsea) and many more.

Again, please keep in mind that none of the pieces of fabric are sewn together, so they might be placed in a crooked way…they will all be straightened out in the final piece.
